Activity statements

Each account holder receives an activity statement summarising deposits, wagers, wins, losses and net position. The first statement is issued 14 days after account opening; subsequent statements are issued monthly while the account remains active. All statements are available for download from inside the account at any time.

Deposit limits and pre-commitment

earlycrown provides deposit-limit tools so customers can set, lower, increase or remove a limit on how much they can deposit over a selected period. The offer of a deposit limit is presented during account opening in accordance with the National Consumer Protection Framework. Decreases take effect immediately. Increases observe a seven-day cool-off, after which the customer is asked to re-confirm the new figure before it applies. Removal of a deposit limit is treated as an increase and is subject to the same seven-day cool-off and re-confirmation. Customers who declined to set a limit at account opening are prompted again at minimum every 12 months to review their decision.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed subject to identity verification, payment screening, AML/CTF checks and standard business-day banking schedules. Processing times vary by payment instrument and by the time of submission. No withdrawal fees apply.

Payment methods

We accept eligible debit-card payments, BPay, PayID, Apple Pay and Google Pay where linked to an eligible debit card. Cryptocurrency, consumer credit cards (including BNPL) and third-party payment instruments are not accepted. Funding via consumer credit is restricted under the Interactive Gambling Amendment (Credit and Other Measures) Act 2023.

Raising a complaint

If something has gone wrong, contact us first at complaints@earlycrown.bet. We acknowledge complaints within one business day with a reference number and provide a written outcome within 21 calendar days. If you are not satisfied, the Complaints page sets out internal escalation and external bodies.

Account verification

Age and identity are verified through identity documents under the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth), not by self-declaration. Verification must complete before any wager is accepted, and all new accounts are screened against the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop) before activation.
