earlycrown encourages customers to use the responsible wagering tools provided and to avoid wagering more than they can afford to lose.
Responsible wagering tools
- Deposit limits. Set, lower, increase or remove a limit. Decreases are immediate; increases and removals observe a seven-day cool-off and re-confirmation. See Deposit limits.
- Loss limits and reset periods. Configure limits over daily, weekly and monthly periods.
- Reality checks. On-screen prompts showing time and net position during a session.
- Self-exclusion. In-account, immediate, from 3 days to 5 years. See Self-exclusion.
- Activity statements. Deposits, wagers, wins, losses and net position, issued from inside the account.
Indicators of harm
Signs that gambling may be becoming a problem include spending more than intended, chasing losses, borrowing to gamble, gambling to escape stress, and concealing gambling from family. If you recognise these signs, consider setting a limit or self-excluding, and contact a support service below.
